What this site collects
Sharp's Edge uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and how advertising performs. This policy covers the technologies running on sharpsedge.com.
Early-access email waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, signup date, signup source (Sharp’s Edge), and marketing consent date in Lovable Cloud. We use this information for Sharp’s Edge updates and future-access announcements with your consent.
Only authorized administrators can view or export the list. There are no automated emails, campaigns, or third-party synchronization in this MVP. The administrator may manually export the list for later import into Beehiiv. You can request removal or withdraw consent using the contact address below.
Basic abuse protection stores a private, hashed request identifier and an hourly attempt counter; it does not store your raw IP address. No visitor account is created.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
Advertising tags and live intelligence services are disabled in the current prototype. The following describes the retained advertising configuration, not an active tag in this preview.
This site loads the Google Ads tag (tag ID AW-18187200131), operated by Google LLC and its affiliates (for visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Google Ireland Ltd). The tag helps Google Ads:
- Measure which ad clicks and impressions lead to visits and conversions on this site (measurement).
- Improve how ads are delivered and optimized across Google services (ad optimization).
Data involved: cookie identifiers, device and usage data, and — where you accept — advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising cookie. Recipient: Google (Google Ads).
Ad clicks and impressions you generate by clicking or seeing ads are counted by the ad system itself, regardless of the choice you make on this site. Your choice here controls whether this site's Google Ads tag runs on your device.
Consent and how to change your choice
In regions where consent is legally required — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — the site shows a consent banner before the advertising tag runs. Your choice is stored on your device together with the date, the notice version, and what the notice disclosed, so the record of what you accepted is preserved. Declining keeps the tag denied on your device.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
- to accept or decline again. Withdrawing does not erase the record of your earlier acceptance, and it applies immediately.
- Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) lets you control the ads Google shows you across services.
- Your browser can also block or delete cookies, including consent-related preferences.
